We know that to get the full benefits of intermittent fasting, it’s better to keep off food, but what about drinks?
What can you drink during intermittent fasting? Do you have to give up your morning coffee? Will it break your fast if you drink some bone broth?

Diet soda sounds like the perfect drink for intermittent fasting as it contains no calories.
However, because they’re so many artificial sweeteners that go into coming up with a product that you can stand, diet soda can cause an insulin response.
Not only that, but you’re also going to experience increased appetite and cravings.
All of which you wouldn’t want to when you’re in the middle of your fasting schedule. So no, you cannot drink sodas when intermittent fasting and this also includes all types of light or diet sodas.
Unfortunately drinking any sort or amount of alcohol will break your fast.

Even though most people think that since they’re made from real food they’re healthier. This doesn’t negate the fact that they contain sugars that will break your fast.

Coconut oil is considered one of the best healthy fats available to us.
However, this oil will break your fast and should not be used when fasting.
However, it’s still very high in calories and cannot be used when fasting.
When fasting, taking supplements might seem like a good idea. Yout think they’ll be better absorbed on an empty stomach but not so fast.
